The following terms and conditions apply to everyone booking with us. By booking with us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms and conditions below. A user making a booking, authorizes us to book reservation for the total reservation prices, displayed on the website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees where applicable.

User may cancel or change their pre-paid tours reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. A full refund will be given for tours that are canceled 10 or more days prior to schedule date. Once you are within the 10 days tour departure window, the tour becomes non-refundable. This is because our operators have set aside space to accommodate your request and will NOT be able to fill that space with another customer.

You will receive a full refund if a tour is cancelled due to weather or the ships inability to get into port. It is your responsibility to contact us for a refund. Please note Airport transfers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, for the acts omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise. Of those service providers in connection with your travel pursuant to a contract, between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience cause directly or indirectly by force or other events, which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods. Unusually severe weather, acts of God, and acts of government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

Any problem arising out of the booking of tours/ transfer or actual travel, shall be reported to us immediately, by calling any of these numbers (1-876) 587-3584/ (1-876) 995-5553. Or by submitting an email to us Chestertours@yahoo.com.

The tours: The tours listed are owned and operated by independent contractors (third parties); which are NOT associated with Chestertours Experience. Chestertours Experience does not owned, operate or control the tours and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the owners/ operators or for any injury, loss or damages that may result from participation in the tours; which is done at your own risk.

User warrants that they are at least 18 of age and possesses the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. Users will only use this website to make legitimate reservations for themselves or any other persons, for who the user is legally authorized to act for. All information supplied by the user is here by a tested to be true, accurate, current and complete.

 

Booking, Tours and or Airport Transfer – After you have decided on which tour or airport transfer you are going to take, you can reserve them directly through our website. By adding them to your shopping cart and checking out, just like you would do with a typical on line purchase. If you are uncertain or want some advice or guidance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking Conformation and Voucher– After you reserve/ booked a tour or transfer we will email your conformation voucher with clear instructions; which will include your meeting instructions. Please be sure to print and take your email conformation voucher with you. We CANNOT be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t take with you or read carefully your conformation voucher.

We recommend reserving tours and airport transfers as far in advance as possible. So that we have the ability to ensure that all of the arrangements are confirmed, finalized and communicated clearly.
